- With your Bulb account, you can manage your energy quickly and easily.
What can I do with my Bulb account?
- Through your online Bulb Energy account, you can manage your gas and electricity 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
- The online account has an extensive list of functions. Once logged in, you’ll be able to perform the following actions:
- Submit meter readings
- View your statements
- Change your payment date and amount
- Top up your balance
- Update account settings
- Track your energy consumption
- View your Bulb tariff information
- Inform Bulb you are moving home
- Chat with a member of the Bulb team
- Refer a friend (for up to £50 credit!)
How do I access the Bulb Energy login page?
- Are you trying to log in to your Bulb account so that you can manage your energy online? To do so, you’ll first need to access the Bulb login page.
- We break down a couple of different ways to access the page below.
- Type ‘Bulb’ into your search engine and select the option that says Join Bulb - Bulb. It should be the first result on the page. This will take you to the Bulb Energy homepage. Next, click on where it says Sign in in the top right corner. You will now be directed to the Bulb Energy login page.
- Type ‘Bulb login’ into your search engine. Click on the result that says Bulb account. It should also be the first result. You will then be redirected to the Bulb Energy login page.
How do I log in to my Bulb account?
- Logging in to your Bulb Energy account is quick and easy to do. Discover how to sign in to your account in three easy steps below!
- Bulb Energy login page: https://account.bulb.co.uk/login
- Access the Bulb Energy login page using the steps from the previous section. It will have a blue background with a large white box that says Sign in to your Bulb account at the top.
- In the space below where it says Email address, enter the email address associated with your Bulb account. It will be the email that you provided when you joined Bulb.
- If you remember your password, click on the green box that says Sign in with password and enter the password linked to the account. You can also select the button that says Email me a link to sign in instantly. You will then need to go to your email, open the most recent email from Bulb, and then click the link to access your account.
- Now you’re in!
Bulb app
- The Bulb app is free to download from both the App Store (for iOS) and the Google Play Store (for Android).
- While its functions are not as extensive as with the online Bulb Energy account, customers can still do the following via the Bulb Energy app:
- View your account details
- Submit meter readings
- View your statements
- Change your payment date and amount
- Refer a friend for up to £50
With the Bulb Energy app, you will remain signed in. This means you won’t need to enter your password every time you access your account via the app.
